Remember the old Vamp Sites?

Anyone remember the early days of the internet and all the amazing vampire sites and dark literature sites that were on the web? If you do, by all means, hit me up through my contact page, or email me direct, let’s reconnect, by all means. I may or may not remember you, I’ve slept, A LOT, since then, but we can sure reminisce together.

My screen name back then was Tattunigma, the Tattooed Enigma, and I wrote a LOT of dark poems, shorts, and even erotica back in the day. I used to own and run a site called the Vampire Legacy Society, and at one point, we were up to 275 members who did nothing but research all stories, legends, claims, or beliefs of vampires in all cultures across the world and post them. I remember one of the biggest vamp sites at the time was Sanguinarius. My site was big, but she had everything…..and definitely outlasted my attention span. Music grasped my soul and ripped me away from my vampire duties!

And for literature, there was Lilith’s Lair…the dark lit go to for so much talent…I met so many amazing personalities there……Lilith, Lilia, Marius, Bonnie Jean, and all the visitors to the site….one thing about that time, it brought out the creative process in people who might not have otherwise shared.

I wonder how many are still part of the shadows….?
